At Cedar Products we are constantly fielding ideas for new product design from our customers (and wives). There is always a certain amount of analysis that goes into the production requirements for each and every idea. Ultimately, it has to be something that is a good use of our resources, can be produced consistent with our quality standards, and has been requested enough times to warrant attempts by our design team.
The following are some new products we are very excited about for 2025
We are always being asked if we make a picnic table for children. The answer to that question now is "We sure do!"
With the increase in apartment and condo living in our area, people tell us they wish they had an alternative to our larger outdoor garden boxes...something that would fit on their deck or patio. These two items are perfect for would-be gardeners who have limited space but unlimited desire. Perfect for flowers, strawberries, lettuce, or herbs!
On that same note, a smaller version of our planter and a handy cedar carryall are also perfect additions for keeping garden implements and plants contained in tighter places.
We have had many requests over the years for an addition to our garden box design that would lend itself to climbing or creeping plants. Here is our answer. This standalone piece would look perfect in landscaping or on a deck. It can be displayed with or without the hanging planter bucket.
We also felt it imperative to have a trellis insert for our existing garden box design that easily attaches within the cap rail structure. These can be made to fit in any of our ground or raised models.
